CheckMyAttendance

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 16, 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of CheckMyAttendance (checkmyattendance.com, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Using the Service

The Service is a free tool that calculates attendance percentages based on numbers you enter. It's provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it for malicious purposes, or use it to store or transmit unlawful content.

2. No account required

You can use the calculator without creating an account. If you choose to sign in with Google to sync your data across devices, you're responsible for keeping your Google account secure — see ourPrivacy Policyfor details on what's stored.

3. Accuracy of results

The calculator performs standard arithmetic — (classes attended ÷ total classes) × 100 — based entirely on the numbers you provide. We do not verify these numbers against your college or university's official records. The Service is a planning tool, not an official attendance record, and results should not be treated as a substitute for your institution's own attendance tracking or policies. Always confirm your official standing with your college or university.

4. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do our best to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee it will always be error-free or continuously available.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CheckMyAttendance and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including academic consequences — arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service or its calculations.

6. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Service, in whole or part, at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable local law in the jurisdiction where the Service operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
